Baine’s Story

On this episode Kelsey tells us all about her 7 year old super hero, Baine. Baine only lived 7 short years, but he packed a lot of memories into those 7 years. On November 24th, 2017, Baine died unexpectedly due to a genetic disorder (OTC Deficiency) that at the time, his family had no idea he had. Since then his family has learned so much about this horrible disease, and have started a foundation - Baine’s Legacy Foundation - in honor of Baine. Their main goal is to raise awareness for OTC Deficiency, in hopes to save a life. Baine was and still is such a huge part of their lives and their ‘why’ to keep moving forward.
